iStay required a mobile-friendly, visually appealing website that not only highlighted their services for tenants but also appealed to potential commercial partners. Additionally, they needed an integrated solution for their property management software, Building Stack, to streamline their rental operations.
Basicgram Creative Studio was given the dual task of designing a website that could effectively engage two distinct audience groups: tenants and property owners. The website also needed to incorporate the functionality of iStay's existing property management system.
We used WordPress to design a responsive, visually striking website with a dual-focus layout. One section catered to tenants, showcasing iStay's fully-furnished units in Vancouver's top neighbourhoods and enabling easy online rent payment and maintenance request functionalities. The other section was dedicated to potential commercial partners, outlining the benefits of partnering with iStay to rent out their properties.
To streamline iStay's operations, we integrated Building Stack's API into the site. This allowed iStay to manage their property listings, bookings, rent payments, and maintenance requests directly from their website, leading to greater operational efficiency.
iStay now boasts a dynamic, fully-integrated website that not only highlights their services but also effectively caters to their two main user groups, leading to increased engagement from both tenants and potential partners. The integration with Building Stack has also enhanced their operational efficiency, increasing homeowner satisfaction and return on equity.
