What we do.
Most businesses don't need a new website every year. They need someone reliable who keeps the one they have working, current and improving — and who can build what's next when it's time.
Website care & ongoing development
Your site, looked after by people who know it. We handle the updates, the fixes and the steady stream of changes every business website needs, so you don't have to hire someone in-house to do it.
Monthly agreement or per project- WordPress maintenance

Websites & landing pages
New sites and redesigns, from concept to launch. Landing pages for campaigns, launches and new services.
Integrations, CRM & automation
Forms, bookings, payments and CRMs connected to your site — set up around the tools that fit your business.
Custom digital tools
Calculators, intake forms and other small tools built around how your team actually works.
Google & Meta advertising management, when it makes sense for the project.
How we work
Clear scope. Agreed dates. Done.
We work by objectives and deliverables, not by the hour on standby. Less back-and-forth, more finished work.
You tell us what you need
By email, a short brief or a quick call if it helps. Plain language is fine.
We agree on scope & timing
A written proposal with deliverables, dates and price. No surprises later.
We do the work
Mostly async. You hear from us when there's something worth reviewing — not for the sake of a meeting.
You own everything
Your domain, your site, your accounts and your content. Always.
One point of contact from start to finish. When a project needs more hands, we bring in trusted specialists — you still deal with one person.

About the studio
A small studio, run by someone who's done this for years.
Basicgram is led by René Blanco. He has spent more than seven years in digital marketing and web development, including over four years in leadership roles — among them VP of Marketing at Vanmates, a Vancouver co-living company.
Basicgram is registered in British Columbia and works remotely, with René based in Mexico and working within North American business hours. That setup keeps the studio lean, so clients pay for the work, not the overhead.
When a project calls for more, we bring in trusted specialists — designers, developers, writers — under one point of contact.
Questions
Good to know.
Do you only work with businesses in British Columbia?
No. We work remotely with businesses anywhere in Canada and the US. Most of our communication happens by email and shared documents, so location rarely matters.
Can you take over a website someone else built?
Yes. Working on existing sites — especially WordPress — is a core part of what we do. We'll review what you have first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping.
How does pricing work?
Every project is scoped and quoted individually. New builds are priced per project; ongoing care and development can be a monthly agreement or billed per request — whichever fits how you work.
Will we need regular meetings?
Not unless they help. We agree on what needs to be done and by when, then we get on with it. A call is always available when a conversation is the faster route.
Who owns the website?
You do — the domain, the code, the content and every account. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.
